Noom improved the food tracking system by not only making it fun to look at but put it right on your phone, making it easier to enter foods eaten and get encouragement or discouragement for those choices.

In addition to the food-logging system, Noom allows you to virtually contact a fitness coach through the app. It’s not AI—it’s a real, flesh-and-blood person who is trained to help you live a healthier life.
